Arxis Core is a proprietary software ecosystem developed and maintained by Avx. Use of this software is subject to the terms described in this license.

By using any part of Arxis Core, you agree to fully comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this document.

3. Derivative Works

   Creation of software based on, derived from, or incorporating parts of Arxis Core without explicit permission.

4. Reverse Engineering

   Decompilation, disassembly, or reverse engineering for commercial purposes or development of competing products.

5. Sublicensing

   Granting sublicenses or transferring usage rights to third parties.

6. Copyright Removal

   Removal, modification, or concealment of copyright notices, trademarks, or attributions.

The following activities are permitted for personal and educational purposes:

• Code Viewing

  Study and analysis of source code for educational and learning purposes.

• Compilation and Testing

  Compilation and execution of the software in personal development environments for testing and evaluation.

• Open Source Contributions

  Submission of contributions via Pull Request. By contributing, you agree that:

  • Your contributions become property of the author
  • You possess the necessary rights to make the contribution
  • Your contributions will be subject to this license
• Local Development

  Use of the software in personal non-commercial closed-source projects.

To use Arxis Core in commercial or production environments, it is necessary to obtain a commercial license.
